Return Policy and Repairs

Returns/Exchanges: Our pieces are made with joy, just for you. We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn items bought from our website within the last 45 days. You can choose to receive a refund to your original payment method (note: a $5.00 s&h fee applies), opt for a return to a gift card, or exchange your item. To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@goodgracedesignco.com. Please note that we do not allow exchanges on exchanges. If your item was a gift and you need help finding the order number and zip code, please email our customer service at info@goodgracedesignco.com for assistance. Please remember that returns must be processed through our returns portal with a Good Grace Design Co. prepaid shipping label, and a restocking fee may apply. 



Repairs: At Good Grace Design Co., your satisfaction is our priority. We proudly stand by the quality of our pieces. If you have a defective item purchased within 30 days, we'll repair it free of charge with proof of purchase. For items showing wear and tear, we offer a fee-based repair service. Simply fill out our repair form, and our team will reach out within seven business days to discuss the details. Your jewelry's longevity matters to us; we’re here to help.
